Supporting our communities is a value central to Humble Pie Home + Kitchen’s mission.
We are proud to partner with Someplace Safe, a domestic violence shelter in an underserved area of Northeastern Ohio.
- In 2018, Someplace Safe housed 139 adults and 121 children who were living in life-threatening environments.
- In 2019, the shelter is expected to supersede this number due to the current opiate epidemic and housing/financial changes in our county.
- To date, Someplace Safe have received 628 crisis calls and have served 438 individuals in the legal program.
